Who can see my uploaded documents?
Only authorized users within your firm — as defined by your firm's access controls — can access uploaded documents. Attorney Talk AI staff do not access client documents except as required to provide technical support, and only with explicit authorization.
Are my research queries stored?
Research queries are logged for the purpose of delivering research results and supporting audit logging within your firm. They are not used to train AI models or shared with other firms or users.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Attorney Talk AI does not use your uploaded documents, research queries, case analysis, or any other client data to train or improve AI models. Your data is used solely to deliver the services you request.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored in enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with physical and logical security controls. Data residency options are available for firms with specific jurisdictional requirements.
What happens to my data when I stop using the platform?
Upon termination of service, your firm's data is deleted from the platform in accordance with our data retention policy. We provide data export options so you can retain copies of your research and case materials.
